Got a new scanner/printer.. it is angering me however. For some reason the bottom of my scans is always blurry 
.
My niece's birthday is today (August 14th) and she just got back from camp so I could finally ask her what she wants.. she replies... "NEW MOON JACOB WITH 6 PACK DRAWING!!!!" ...*sigh*... so this is my current project. Expect this in the next week or so.
Also expect more Sailor Moon. I have definitely gone all fan girl on it. It's just so much fun to draw and so colourful! And I just get all nostalgic about it lol.
Also.. if anyone has any suggestions to mangas I should read, I'm all ears. I've read Sailor Moon (duh), Death Note, Angel Sanctuary, Hellsing, I've tried Cardcaptor Sakura (many years ago) that never worked out... But I would like to get into something new and exciting (new to me, doesn't have to be new to the world). So feel free to shout out your suggestions!

Not very good at updating this journal thing.
wow it's been way too long since I've made a journal entry.
I got accepted into an art program that's really sweet. They give me free studio space for 6 months, my art gets published in a book and there's a gallery showing at the end. Since I'm working on art everyday, I should be able to submit art more frequently, at least for the next 6 months. Currently I've got a few Sailor Moon drawings I'm working on, as well as a portrait of Andrew Ladd (Captain of the Winnipeg Jets hockey team) that I'm making for a charity auction.
Other than that I'd like to make another zombie drawing soon and we'll see what else I'll come up with.

I'm really proud of myself lately. I have been drawing a lot more and adding more art. In the past couple months I've probably drawn more than in the past 2 years! Which is really sad... but I'm getting my groove back, or whatever haha. Mostly I'm ignoring my school work and focusing more on my drawing, because its more important to me right now.
Also, I'm sure you've noticed that I am still on my crazy Sailor Moon fanart kick... yea that's not going away anytime soon. Especially since I've been watching all of the episodes from the beginning, just got to Stars tonight :D. I love Stars, definitely my favorite season. mmm Seiya.. and I love H
